Hi. I'm Ivan, a wedding photographer in Southampton, Hampshire, UK. I specialise in ensuring couples are relaxed in front of the camera which creates natural photographs of your wedding that you will cherish for a lifetime.

My childhood was spent in Africa, where my passion for photography started when on using an old compact camera to photograph wildlife on safari with my family. This passion grew when I moved to the UK in the 1980s and joined Racing-Line-Photography in 2006 as a specialist in motor racing photography, capturing both the speed and excitement of motor sports as well as the full gamut of emotions on and off the winner’s podium.

From this I realised that I had a real love for photographing people, their emotions, and the creativity that comes with it. This is particularly the case at weddings. I decided to change direction so branched out and created ivanpackerphotography.com.

I now offer wedding photography services in Southampton, Hampshire and am chosen by couples across the South of England from Bristol to Kent to photograph their weddings.
